Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription by calling 1-800-829-9081 or mail your request to Aviation Consumer, PO Box 420234, Palm Coast, FL 32142-0234. We will promptly stop your service and issue a refund for any un-mailed copies. Allow 6 weeks for refund processing.

If you cancelled your subscription, but are still receiving bills, please note that it takes a few days for a cancellation to become effective. Therefore, if you receive any invoices after you have cancelled, please ignore them.

Damaged Issues
If your issue arrives damaged and you have a standard sized mailbox, please check with your Post Office to see if your magazines generally arrive in good condition. If they do not, you can report damaged issues online by clicking here to request a replacement copy.

Missed Issues
If you have missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address on file. Please click here to verify your address. Your subscription may also have stopped being delivered due to nonpayment. Received a bill before my first issue
It may be confusing to receive a bill before your first issue. Because our publications are mailed via Periodicals Postage (formerly Second Class postage) and our statements are mailed via First Class Postage, sometimes the statements arrive before the first issue. We are sure that once you receive your first issue of Aviation Consumer, you will be thrilled with the top-quality information we pack into each issue and will want to continue your subscription. If you choose to pay for your subscription with this first statement, please be reassured by our money-back guarantee.

How long does it take to get my first issue?
Print subscriptions usually take about 6-8 weeks from the time you send in your order until you receive your first issue in the mail. Our publications are delivered via U.S. Mail, Periodicals Postage.
