Textron Aviation announced that the FAA certified the Gogo Galileo HDX internet connectivity system for installation in its Cessna Citation Longitude and Latitude jets. The new feature gives passengers internet access through a low-Earth orbit satellite network.

Textron said customers who order Gogo Galileo HDX will receive a preferred rate for worldwide service that will be guaranteed for three years. Factory-new aircraft, delivered beginning in 2028, will be eligible for installation of the Gogo Galileo HDX system powered by Eutelsat’s OneWeb LEO network at no charge, making Textron the first original equipment manufacturer to give customers the option.
