Van’s Aircraft delivered a Cub-yellow RV-12iS, the first aircraft certified under the fFAA’s new MOSAIC Part 22 rule, to Tom Snow during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.

Snow, an EAA lifetime member, plans to lease the aircraft to the Crystal Air flight school in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The RV-12iS has the advantage of meeting the MOSAIC standards before the rule in advance of the rule going into effect.
